Delivery Times
All of our products are handmade in the UK. The hand painted items are usually despatched within 3-4 working days as are several of the printed cushions which we hold a small amount of stock
Items out of stock including fabric by the metre will be made to order and can take up to 3 weeks to be made and dispatched. Any time or date stated for delivery is an estimate only. If you require an item urgently for a special date or event please contact us so we can deliver sooner.
Delivery costs are standard rates unless there is an offer of free delivery.
Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties upon arrival in destination country, this now includes EU countries also.

Packaging
Your order will be packaged safely and securely in a polythene bag and sent in a postal bag or box. Where possible, we reuse boxes for your orders, this helps us with unnecessary waste and gives the box a new use!
